## What we take on

- **Product web** — Next.js, Nest, GraphQL, Postgres. Dashboards, marketplaces, internal tools.
- **Mobile and IoT** — React Native and the native modules that connected products require.
- **Applied AI** — Search, extraction, evaluation, and assistants built for production.
- **Cloud and data** — AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, data pipelines, and observability.

## The first two weeks

**Typical first two weeks:** $20k–$40k USD. A paid start, scoped after the fit call.

- **Day 0** — Twenty-minute fit call. If we are the wrong team, we say so.
- **Day 3** — One-page scope. What we build, what we leave out, the price. Yours to keep.
- **Day 10** — A working URL. Real data, on your infrastructure.
- **Friday** — Demo, what slipped, what it cost. Two weeks' notice ends it.

- **Billing:** Weekly. No long retainer; two weeks’ notice either way.
- **Team:** Two or three senior engineers, never a handoff layer.
- **Availability:** New starts from September 2026.
- **You bring:** A decision-maker plus access to the repo and cloud.
- **You leave with:** A fit/no-fit answer and the inputs for a one-page scope.

Day-four delivery starts once the scope, repo access, cloud access, and one decision-maker are in place.

## Selected work

### A seven-week fintech engagement

One approval workflow replaced a Retool sprawl.

- **Delivered:** Ledger, approvals, audit log, and role-based access control.
- **Ownership:** Client repo, cloud, and keys from the first commit.
- **Review:** A redacted repo walkthrough is available on the fit call.

Evidence boundary: this is a representative reconstruction. The client name, record IDs, and values were changed under NDA. No performance result is claimed.
